Armstrong County Community Action Agency

     Armstrong County Community Action Agency is a non-profit organization incorporated in March 1965 as a community-based grassroots organization serving the low-income and disadvantaged. Over the years, Community Action has established itself as one of the single largest providers of comprehensive human services in this community.

Our new location is 705 Butler Rd., Kittanning, PA

Today, Community Action assists individuals with such concerns as:

• Transportation
• Education
• Job training
• Job placement
• Self-sufficiency

Service Coordination, Weatherization, and Family Savings Account Program are funded by the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development.
