Armstrong County Health Center – Providing comprehensive nursing care and rehabilitation to those in need and peace of mind to those who love them.

·        Seven day a week admissions

·        Rehab wing featuring state-of-the-art electronic equipment

·        Inpatient/outpatient rehabilitation programs

·        Discharge planning to assist with returning home

·        Adult Day Care

·        Short term stays/extended stays welcome

·        Air conditioned rooms

The Armstrong County Health Center has ten (10) nursing home beds available, must call prior for availability due to census changes daily.

One (1) single independent living apartment is available, must call prior for availability.
