A savings account is establish and maintain for the purpose of building the assets needed for obtaining future goals, with the ultimate goal of becoming self-sufficient. How Does it Work?
Account holders save as little as $10 per week for a period of 12 or 24 months.
Matching funds will be provided at a rate of 1:1 match, up to $1000.00 per year, for one or two years.
Participants attend four basic financial management workshops in personal budgeting, credit and credit repair, banking products and options, loans and grant resources, and basic financial planning. |
